Located in the bustling Yonge and Dundas intersection, the Atrium on Bay building is home to the fourth location of Interchange Financial Corporation. Our scope was to do a complete fit-out of the storefront design and fabrication. This retail space boasts three customer service kiosks with custom millwork, a secure wallet, and shock-resistant teller glass panels. To satisfy Ontario Building Code requirements, we also had to install the staff washroom. Working within the context of a shopping mall, extensive coordination was necessary with other neighbours to arrange for the drain and water services. Thanks to the stylish fit-out, customers of the currency exchange now enjoy a more pleasant experience.
