Located at the lively Yonge and Dundas intersection, the Atrium on Bay hosts the fourth branch of Interchange Financial Corporation. This project involved a full retail fit-out, including the design and fabrication of the storefront, three custom-millwork customer service kiosks, a secure wallet, and shock-resistant teller glass panels.

Operating within a shopping mall context required careful coordination with neighbouring tenants to install drain and water services, as well as compliance with Ontario Building Code through the addition of a staff washroom. The result is a polished, efficient retail space that enhances the customer experience for this busy currency exchange location.
