Built on Group was the first tenant to mobilize construction for this brand-new building. Offering a variety of services including design, obtaining permits, and construction, the project consisted of more than 65 real estate offices, 5 boardrooms, a server room, a staff lounge, two copy centres, and executive rooms. Accommodating more than 200 people, the reception design was custom and client-friendly and featured luxurious millwork. Completing the project within five months, this project was a great example of the Pionova's ability to improvise and organize around project implementations.
