The first step was rebuilding the roof truss system, which allowed us to increase the height of the main floor ceiling to a lofty 12 feet.

Next, we re-imagined the space by strategically rearranging the load-bearing walls and creating a grand entrance foyer that seamlessly integrates with the kitchen space. The continuous millwork design brings a sense of cohesion and elegance to the home.
